I don't have another organizational tip, but rather a compliment to being organized...meal planning and planning for what is to come has helped our budget tremendously. I realized that i was frivolously spending too much on unanticipated items (which could have been easily anticipated, like birthdays). Seeing what was coming up has really helped preventing us from overspending.Mrs. Biancahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14514266097111471161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6680930126064420893.post-50374475802957827452011-08-21T12:52:17.546-05:002011-08-21T12:52:17.546-05:00We use similar methods with our organization, but ...We use similar methods with our organization, but I do love the magnetic shopping list. Currently, ours is a throwaway list/pad and we are getting close to the end. I didn't like how wasteful we were being with our list, so this is awesome! Thanks!Mrs. Biancahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14514266097111471161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6680930126064420893.post-32460196886470341782011-08-21T12:42:58.369-05:002011-08-21T12:42:58.369-05:00I subscribed so I would be entered! I have one posted on the refrigerator as a reminder (cause my kids buy food on certain days and take food from home on other days). I have to look at the school menu and mark the days.
I always make a list a night before for things that need to be done the next day.
Start of school year is on Monday 8/22, Now is the best time to get more organized! :)

I love your blog & appreciate all of the wonderful ideas you always bring us!!hudhudhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13533260891862097125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6680930126064420893.post-89679560101575014412011-08-21T09:15:04.687-05:002011-08-21T09:15:04.687-05:00Great post - I personally feel that having multipl...Great post - I personally feel that having multiple places for lists is a smart idea. The one in the office can be for business to-do's, one in the kitchen is for household tasks and shopping, etc. That door hanger is fantastic - how many times have I gone out the door and left something important behind in my hurry??Cynthia L. My wife doesn't believe me when i explain to her that my actual job is a Project Manager. (and that i am good at it!)

I have purchased planners, owned a palm pilot and also have a smartphone - but i fail at maintaining proper lists and tasks. If anyone else has any tips that work for them, feel free to post them up!Aaronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06230074106249783617noreply@blogger.com
